50 push ups
9 clean and jerk - 135 Lbs
Row 250m
Rest 3 min
Set 2:
45 push ups
12 clean and jerk - 135 Lbs

15 clean and jerk - 135 Lbs

18 clean and jerk - 135 Lbs

Result: 37:04 (Total time minus rest times... this was just as bad as Murph. During Set 4 I mentally broke and suffered. I pulled myself together back in Set 5 and finished... this was hell)

Result: 24:39 (since it was my birthday Jacques made me wear the 20 Lbs weighted vest, even rowing was like hell! Everyone was wishing me happy birthday and told me I seem to have gained 20 Lbs, when I wore the vest, haha!)

If you break during your sets of 10 you must start back your set at 0. You can only rest in between.
Result: 16:00 (I had to restart one of the rounds 3 times!)
